Return & Exchange (if applicable)
If for some reason you received damaged merchandise or the wrong product has been sent to you by mistake, we gladly accept unused, undamaged merchandise in original packing for returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of shipment received.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send an email to email@example.com, or call 03-62802898 if you received defective or damaged merchandise.
- Any returns must be made within 7 days from the date of shipment received.
- If 7 days have gone by since your shipment received, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
- Customer must inform us within 3 days after shipment received for any exchange and post back to us within 7 days.
- We do not accept returns of items NOT purchased through this website.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- All returns must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging as the same condition that you received it.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Sale items are final sale and strictly non-exchangable.
- Leatherhouse2u (House of Leather) reserve the right to refuse a return for exchange if the returned item(s) does not comply with this policy.

Return your items via your own preferred shipping carrier to address : No.6, Persiaran Industri, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur.
You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not take responsibility for returns sent by non-registered post.
For your own protection, we recommend that all returns be sent by courier or by insured registered post. Loss or damage during returns shipping is not our responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
To avoid the warranty being abused, all refund is not in cash form but in exchange other products.
